Repeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 114, § 405 repealed 40-10-1 to 40-10-24 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 119, §§ 1 to 23 and 25, regarding child custody jurisdiction, effective July 1, 2001.
