Article 6A - Sexual Exploitation of Children
Section 30-6A-1 - Short title.

Chapter 30, Article 6A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Sexual Exploitation of Children Act".
History: Laws 1984, ch. 92, § 1; 2015, ch. 13, § 1.
The 2015 amendment, effective July 1, 2015, changed the statutory reference of the Sexual Exploitation of Children Act from "Sections 1 through 4 of this act" to "Chapter 30, Article 6A NMSA 1978".
