Section 13-5-2 - Repealed.

Repeals. — Laws 1978, ch. 166, § 17, repealed 6-1-4.1, 1953 Comp. (13-5-2 NMSA 1978), relating to insurance and reserves for losses as to public property of institutions of higher education, effective March 31, 1978.
