Chapter 1, Article 6B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act".

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, changed "Sections 25 through 41 of this act" to "Chapter 1, Article 6B NMSA 1978".
Applicability. — Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 102 provided that the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act is applicable to any federal postcard application received as of the first day of the current election cycle.
