Chapter 1, Article 5 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Voter Records System Act".

The 2015 amendment, effective July 1, 2015, changed the statutory reference of the Voter Records System Act from "Section 1-5-1 through 1-5-29" to "Chapter 1, Article 5".
The 2005 amendment, effective July 1, 2005, changed the statutory reference to the act and changed the short title of the act from the "Automated Voter Records System Act" to the "Voter Records System Act".
